If you are permanently ill or disabled you may apply for a permanent
absentee ballot. If your absentee ballot application is
approved for being permanently ill or disabled, a ballot will automatically be mailed to you for each election
in which you are qualified to vote.
You may call, write or visit the Board of Elections to
request an application. You may request the application at any time.
