The function of this Unit is to investigate complaints from the public or from other internal program areas regarding the integrity of all Assistance cases (i.e. Temporary Assistance, Medicaid, Food Stamps, Energy Assistance (H.E.A.P.), Daycare, as well as, service providers & vendors).
