In order to take a civil service exam, you must complete a Delaware County Application for Examination/Employment.  The Delaware County Application is available on this web site or at the Delaware County Personnel Office, 1 Courthouse Square • Suite #2, Delhi, New York.  The Application must be filed, and the applicable fee paid within the announced filing period. Under certain circumstances the examination fee may be waived.  Click on the Fee Waiver Form button to determine if you are eligible. Please refer to the individual exam announcements listed below regarding minimum qualifications, filing periods and application fees.
