Many individuals are referred
to our clinic as self referrals or by Physicians, Schools, Courts,
Department of Social Services, Probation, Parole, Drug Courts as
well as family and friends. Our hours are Monday- Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We have satellite offices in Margaretville, Sidney
and SUNY Delhi.

In case of emergency, after regular business hours or on the
weekend,
contact your local hospital emergency room.
The clinic accepts most insurances, as well as Medicaid.
There is a sliding fee schedule for those without insurance
