Delaware County is peppered with these amazing works of artful
engineering. The construction of stone arch bridge is mostly a lost art.
These gems are disappearing at an alarming rate. The goal of this
project is to preserve, in any way possible even if only in
documentation, the stone arch bridges that remain. Also to bring to
light whatever information on the builders of these beautiful
structures.
